‘Unmasker in Chief’ Samantha Power spewed anti-Trump bias in government emails
By John Solomon
FTA:
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power may share an unflattering stage with a text-loving FBI agent and his Donald Trump-hating paramour from the bureau.
Fired agent Peter Strzok and ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page are infamous today for texting on FBI phones their anti-Trump sentiments while allegedly having an affair. They played key roles in the now-debunked Russia collusion investigation.
It turns out that Power the diplomat whose authority inexplicably was used to unmask hundreds of Americans names in secret intelligence reports during the 2016 election engaged in similar Trump-bashing on her official government email, according to documents unearthed by an American Center for Law and Justice lawsuit. The conservative legal group is run by Trump defense attorney Jay Sekulow.
The discovery could add a new dimension a question of political bias to a long-running congressional investigation into why Power’s authority was used to unmask hundreds of Americans’ names in secret National Security Agency intercepts during the 2016 election.

A genuine liberal education is as much an education of the emotions as it is an education of the intellect. The truly educated person experiences the right emotions at the appropriate times in the appropriate intensity for the appropriate reasons.
Aristotle explains all this in the Nicomachean Ethics. Knowing this, I felt badly watching the debate among the first tranche of 10 Democratic aspirants to be their partys nominee for president in 2020. I felt, I must admit, an immoderate access of schadenfreude tinged with revulsion, it is true, but the element of pleasing disdain predominated. I am not proud of it. I merely record the fact.
...
Love him or hate him, Donald Trump has presided over one of the most I think it is probably the single most successful opening years of any president ever. Thats a difficult record to run against. So what tonights 10 candidates did and I am certain that tomorrows will as well was to deny reality and pretend that they were running against the Donald Trump of their dreams: a dark figure whose policies hurt instead of helped average Americans, who was anti-black, anti-woman, anti-immigrant.

STOP THIS, headline writers.
If you want to quote this president in a headline - in an age when many people read only headlines - you must write, Trump (a proven, serial liar) says...
But best not to quote him in a headline.
