The non-combatant comment was Cbolt’s, he is a lawyer I believe, and I am just a slow learner trying to drag my brain behind me. I appreciate all elucidations on this matter. I keep hoping more knowledgeable people respond to Praying Medic’s thread that I copied twice. :-)
Plus I’m still woozily from meds/surgery, dang I want all my wits back, I need every single last one of them.
