Hubby and I got a couple of these at Lowes a few hurricanes back and keep them in garage. Sterilize and fill at approaching storm.
After Cat 5 Hurricane Michael hit us, we would keep bringing ice in to add to water. had them on our kitchen counters. we were in and out of our wrecked house staying at motels in neighboring towns for several weeks until power and water back on and we didn't have to cart water bottles.
Not trying to plug Igloos, our actually have Home depot stamped on them. don't care about the name just clean, cold water.
