I've been looking into different types of coffee to manage the heart burn effect and was surprised to discover that the consensus was that the darker the roast the less acid. The roasting process decreases the acid. Cold Brew and espresso brew process also result in less acid. So if you cold brew or espresso the darkest roast you will end up with a net decrease in acid.

Shade grown coffee has less acid than regular coffee. The more the coffee plant is exposed to the sun the higher the acid content. The average grocery store does not carry shade grown coffee and its best found online.

Is that enough of a covfefe slide? :-)

I learned that I was wrong about light roasts. But the cold brew does seem lower, just did some searching. Tastes better to me, but I don’t really like coffee.
