Why can’t the President just make a new regulation:

All refugee resettlement’s Shall be located within 1 mile of an Elected Member of Congress.

I don’t see any problem with that suggestion. Doesn’t matter whether -D- or -R- ,if the member hasn’t worked with the president to put a halt to all of it. Go for it!

But for good measure, include FORMER members also like the ones mentioned here already.

With said resettlements starting with sanctuary cities and states.
