Not necessarily. Maybe those other seals didn’t see him do it.
From the little that I’ve read, it seems Gallagher had some malcontents who waited until they were “home” to start slinging allegations.
FYI, Scott has immunity. I saw his explantion...I think (hope) the jury is made up of entirely all medics and Seals. (gotta check, since this is military, I’m not sure there even is a jury)
