Earthrise?

This picture had to be taken from the orbiter not the surface of moon. There could never be an earth rise seen from the face of the moon since it is always pointed exactly at the earth. Just simple logic that can probably be explained away with a few brilliant mathematical formulas.

I have seen the moon appear to cover half the sky, but that is an illusion maybe affected by atmosphere, but I have never seen it appear golf ball size. Besides there is not supposed to be any atmosphere on the moon.

To be honest I have always been skeptical of the ability of the space suits to be pressurized in a vacuum and still display wrinkles.
