So you linked to a cheesy youtube conspiracy video that theorizes that the reason that grainy black and white video was shown from Apollo 11 was that it was faked and they didn't want anyone to know. If you want to know the REAL reason why grainy black and white video was transmitted from the moon it takes about a 5 minutes search past the conspiracy videos.
Here's a good one: How Nasa Brought Color TV to the Moon. This article explains the technical details why video was the way it was. In short they had to transmit a BUNCH of data....voice, telemetry data, etc AND video data over one communication channel. Video takes very high bandwidth so they didn't feel comfortable compromising the communication channel. No mystery unless you get all your information from youtube flat earth videos.
Nothing has left the earths lower orbit for a reason.
Let me guess...the Van Allen belt fallacy propagated by people who can't do any research except among youtube flat earth videos?
Wikipedia on Hubble and ISS:
The Hubble Space Telescope (often referred to as HST or Hubble) is a space telescope that was launched into low Earth orbit (333-336 miles) in 1990 and remains in operation.
The International Space Station (ISS) is a space station, or a habitable artificial satellite, in low Earth orbit (253-255 miles). Its first component was launched into orbit in 1998, with the first long-term residents arriving in November 2000.[7] It has been inhabited continuously since that date.
Wikipedia on the Missing tapes from Apollo 11:
The Apollo 11 missing tapes were those that were recorded from Apollo 11’s slow-scan television (SSTV) telecast in its raw format on telemetry data tape at the time of the first Moon landing in 1969 and subsequently lost. The data tapes were recorded as a backup in case the live television broadcasts failed for any reason... In the early 1980s, NASA’s Landsat program was facing a severe data tape shortage and it is likely the tapes were erased and reused at this time.[2]

It seems you have not looked into this subject beyond your accepted sources. For that reason, I am going to offer one more thing for your review.

“grainy black and white video was shown from Apollo 11”
Don’t forget that they also brought other cameras with them and shot better footage, they just couldn’t broadcast that live on television. Still, they brought that film back and we do have high resolution photographs from the surface of the moon.
