I don’t have Win10. So this is just a wild, off-the-wall guess. If you’re a serious solitaire player, Microsoft would like to know that. So they can try to sell you more card games.
(Sorry for being so suspicious. But I’ve been that way ever since I caught Bill Gates going through my curbside trash.)
