Short vid of President Trump during his speech on health care options, about 24 seconds, with the tweet.
Comments at the tweet note he's wearing a gold tie (for those who pay attention to his tie color) and speculate the announcement might have to do with returning to the gold standard.
I transcribed what he said and did the best I could with punctuation, etc., down below.
President Trump's remarks:
"We're going to have another big announcement in two weeks. Unrelated, but something that's going to have a profound effect on the things that we're talking about and have been talking about over the last two and a half years. It's gonna be something really incredible, that'll take place over the next two weeks. That'll be a great big announcement. Nobody knows what it is. It's gonna be a big surprise, but it's gonna be a very pleasant one."

Uhhh ... no
That train left the station during WWI, and is never coming back ... unless there is first a COMPLETE FINANCIAL COLLAPSE of the world ... possibly following some global war or catastrophe of depopulation proportions.
This would not fit the President's description as "Pleasant," for anybody.

Surprise coming in 2 weeks....
Wasn’t the SC supposed to rule on DACA before the end of this session? A ruling that it was not valid would have a huge effect on our current immigration lawsuits that are on going also and would let us deport a lot more instantly and no Judge would be able to stop him. Another possible thought is RBG handed in her resignation effective at the end of the session. Just random thoughts...
