The bigger sizes you list would be MacKenzie Valley wolves and the heaviest on record is 175 lbs (rumored to go over 200). It’s listed as having a head 12 inches long (Pleistocene wolf head is +25%).

That's about half the size of a modern wolf's body, which can range from 26 inches (66 cm) to 34 inches (86 cm) long, according to The Siberian Times.
