FTA: It’s foolish to think that this case impacts only Oberlin. Insurance companies are not as stupid as the Oberlin administrators and surely are reviewing the fees they charge colleges and universities for tortious liability claims. Every one of them will pay more. Will this come out of the payroll of the very bloated administrative salaries they are paying? Not unless trustees finally get off their duffs and do their job of fiscal and policy oversight. I do not see Oberlin long surviving this and that’s as it should be.

This is good to hear their nonsense is finally going to catch up with them.

I've been saying the same thing when it comes to these tech companies and other corporations, who willingly discriminate against conservatives, once the investors and their lawyers catch up to how the CEO's have mismanaged their investments in this way.

There are laws on the books where the heads of these companies cannot mismanage companies. When the investors and their lawyers figure out the CEO's are discriminating in a way it hurts potential revenue, these companies are in bigly trouble.

Of course, Hillary wasn't suppose to lose and these elites used to be above the law but it's good to see colleges now being held accountable. Heads of companies and businesses are next on the list. WINNING!
