I don’t doubt that they are dolls. But as another poster noted, there is something sinister and disgusting about people using them to joke with.
Granted, I have seen people clowning around with CPR dummies and even real or manufactured skeletons from humans that are used in a medical classroom, but it seems different in some way to me.

Yet, at the same time, many might enjoy watching the bloody juggling of ‘decap’ heads of Pegosi, Chuckie, AOC and the like.

After searching for over an hour for images of the manikins sold by medical/surgical companies that sell pre/neonatal ob/gyn manikins for training, I did not find any manikins that looked like the two shown in the video.
