I have no doubt about Mueller’s “intentions” since he presided over the fiasco of the Steven Hatfill investigation, and the hounded Bruce Ivins to suicide.
Although the Hatfil leaks were blamed on Ashcroft, they more likely came from FBI Director Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Comey as well as corrupt FBI agents working the case (possibly including Peter Strzok, who was in the WMD terrorism section in 2000).
I’ve been skeptical of Mueller ever since he became “impeccable”.
