However, the only chance of PROVING OBAMA'S LEGAL CULPABILITY it would be the video recordings of PDB which Q says "We have" -- and assuming they unambiguously show Obama ordering Brennan, Clapper & Comey to break the law.
Even if white hats have these, I don't think it is likely they could be introduced in court (for many reasons).
