At the last sentencing hearing it seemed like Mueller behind the scenes was saying if you recant your guilty plea I’ll put your son in prison. Judge Ellis was extremely pissed, but at the end of the day punted it to a later date, which I thought would have been in May. I think Ellis throws it out later, don’t know when.
Flynn asked for the delay to testify in another case.
“Flynn then asked for a delay, promising to continue to cooperate with the government in an effort to lessen his sentence. He is expected to testify at the trial of his former business partner Bijan Kian in July. Kian has been charged with working as an unregistered agent of Turkey; he has pleaded not guilty”
I do not see Flynn on the D.C. court calender thru the end of the year.
Mueller is now gone, isn’t Flynn safe from that corrupt threat against his son?
