Do original Q posts contain "bolded" words like this repost does? The following words are bolded.

[attempt to discredit-cast conspiracy-LARP] and [DANGER], and both are in brackets.

Original Q post on 8ch was not bolded.

The original post on qanon.pub was bolded?

Here is the same post 3127 on Qmap.pub

It appears the qanon.pub site added the bold, not Q. It may be significant, however, that Q reposted the bolded version?

I went from https://qanon.pub/ and the original is bolded and bracketed. If you look at https://qmap.pub/ it is not.
