well, i’m not sure this is helpful, but from responses I read and having dealt with my body having detox effect that left me for 10 days with not wanting my arms and legs to touch or rub on anything because of itchiness some things to consider:

wear something that is disposable but absorbs sweat between legs or wherever needed in your case?

You need to sweat, it’s very important to being healthy - so why not take a daily or every two day bath in baking soda or epsom salt or some thing that the hot/warm water allows your body to sweat out some of the bad stuff? baths helped me so much when I had that 10 day full body purge through my pores - I just wanted to stay in the water. quick shower after to rinse your whole body. OR if not baths at least make showers long enought for body to sweat out toxins and use baking soda or other sorts of soaps and scrubs?

they sell some thing called moneky butt powder that may have ingredients that could help temporarily too.

Getting it gone for good may not happen but sweating is important to health, absorbing the sweating and keeping area clean and dry likely help a lot.

when you mow lawn or such wear disposable briefs or some thing that fits areas needed - may bedisposables good so you are not laundering and maybe though “clean” laundry may be some hting still living on the laundered items and a part of aiding in the recurrent irritation?

*** ALSO body PH may be helpful to kill off or keep it subdued. Eat higher PH foods (can look up lists on line) most fungus, ailments like acidic environment so reducing acidity or your body (raisning alkalinity) may help internally fight the issue - along with topical ideas or OTC or RX that you find helping best.

Now I’m wondering about bath PH?
Thinking of dog dips, and comment #23”body likely preserves colonies “.
I have a nice whirlpool tub for minor aches...
A slight adjustment of the bath water ph???

I’m thinking this is something I’m stuck with but can control.

I LIKE to sweat, and proud of the puddles that build under the rollers and spin bike.
And it feels good too.
