My 1st impression when I read that Struck/Stroke (Collins named him) was not going to prosecuted is that he has flipped, naming peeps and what they did.
He is so swarmy, he’d do anything to save his hide.
It’s possible, as he most likely was following instructions. I’m not allowing myself to be too optimistic that the evildoers will see justice in this life, but if it happens I will be very happy.
