How can any legal document contain a supposed transcript of anything that is full of ellipsis. I just looked up that word and the definition says ... the omission of a word or words, from speech or writing, that are understandable from contextual clues or are superfluous. Yikes, Muller left out words that changed the most important aspect of the text.
