I wouldn't be surprised.
There's no doubt she has it on her mind.
She will be a danger to America until someone puts an oak stake through her heart.
If she does jump in I suspect it would be at a late date to minimize her exposure to attacks, criticism debates and questions.
After all - she still has a tremendous amount of baggage.
She would let the rest of the candidates spend their money and take each other out then try to position herself as the uniter, the adult, someone above the fray.

I saw, not long ago, the largest ever gathering of the Texas democrat party, 1,500, attended a function with her as speaker. It was a glowing report of how much energy she had, and at times, she yelled so loud it disrupted the sound system.
