May 24 at 2:04 PM A House Republican lawmaker blocked a $19.1 billion disaster aid package on Friday, delaying a bill that would send federal funding to disaster-affected areas across the country.
Rep. Chip Roy (R-Tex.) voted to block the legislation, which has the support of President Trump and easily passed the Senate on Thursday. His move was met with immediate criticism, including from Republicans representing disaster-hit areas where millions of Americans have been awaiting federal help for months.
Roy said he was objecting to the bill because it would add to the country’s debt, as well as because it left out $4.4 billion in additional spending for federal operations along the U.S.-Mexico border.

We will have to meet at the Salem farmer market one Saturday. The Amish bring lots of goodies to sell! Not sure it’s open yet for the season. I can ask a friend from Master Garden. One of our former members move back to Oklahoma. He just let us know they were safe. Had to evacuate with a air boat from their home. They only had an inch of rain but the river brought “others” rain to their area.

I posted another article on this with some other information. I know these places need disaster relief, but for crying out loud, they can’t put in the few billion for the wall? It’s infuriating to me.

He (NoNads) was too out of it to drink it. Thankfully some younger more intelligent black man step up and stopped de Blasio from trying to force him to drink it. Apparently de Blasio drinks them all the time and had one at ready to serve to NoNads for dehydration issues...

On the video you can hear him popping the top. My kids have those containers/thermos type things also from REI, the can fits in the steel container to stay cool.

Well, he was probably the best the Dims had to chair that one. So it’ll be someone even dumber and more repulsive.
I have been out all afternoon, got home and found the video. I think he stroked out also, that look on his face is very telling.
