Spent time on Is Isleborough (sp). North of Camden. Would love to spend more time there Beautiful public beach! Also enjoy the lighthouses. Took a tall ship out of Camden south for an hour or so and back to port. I really must go down to the sea again!
Have been to beaches in HI OR,CA FL MX and many others. Cruised the Caribbean both East and West White sands, black sands even green sands but my favorite Beach of all is the rocky coast of Maine and the day sitting on a boulder, breathing in salt air, listening to the waves and Seagulls, while watching the sailboats pass! If it weren’t for the winter (they’re bad enough here) I’d consider a move or maybe a summer house !
