You thought you were kidding. The filing says that the the Case Management Electronic Case Files System ("CM/ECF") only accepts attachments up to 35MB. You don't have to use CM/ECF to transmit the redacted report, but what kind of system is this?

We have tolerated his annoying interrupting and restating and restating but it was worth it.
