Sadly the majority of her district consists of uneducated, government dependent people who will vote Democrat ( or have their votes recorded as Democrat) regardless of the candidate or her policies. Republicans have no real chance in that district. The real problem is that more and more Congressional districts have come to resemble it.

The people of New York City had Mayor Rudy Giuliani before and now they voted for De Blasio and AOC. There definitely has to be something in the water that has made New Yorkers vote for these two. It is totally inconceivable that normal people would vote for them. But then this is New York City.
