I did mention it. There’s more but I didn’t want to slide the thread too much. Suffice to say that they feel about the same way we would in that situation.
But they, our friends at least, were just being happy Kiwis, to hear them tell it, and suddenly BOOM! It isn’t their country anymore and there is nothing they can do about it.
They have a gun culture, but no 2A like guarantee of their rights. I wouldn’t go down like that here and they know it.
