See? An act or omission which violates BOTH the UCMJ AND LOCAL CRIMINAL LAW, FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC, MAY BE TRIED BY A COURT-MARTIAL.

They can be taken anywhere the government sees fit, including GITMO.”
Military tribunals can be used on civilians.
