The way I picture it is thusly. NXIVM is one of several large such networks. Think of Epstein and his network. Think of that female who was "Alison Mack x100 (forget her name).

Different parts of the world, (NYC, Hollywood, Europe, etc) must have different networks of elites and those who "service" them.
