I thought that's what I was saying

the House is 435. the senate is 100 for 535 and I think D.C. gets 3 for 538.

I just made an editorial comment about the house.
In 1958 (non presidential election year) there were 283 RAT reps
Note the RATS are at 235 in the House today.

I'll go thru my results again to see what else i mucked up. This is an eye opening exercise.

This exercise has been performed on FR before.

If you perform a recap of presidential election results using the Maine/Nebraska formula, the only recent presidential election results that change are 1960, 1976 and 2012.
