I think it’s because we grew up in sterile urban environment compared with our parents and grandparents who grew up on farms.

You are the first generation to be completely consumed by not only environmental toxins (in the air, in your water, in your food) and completely immersed in EMF (cough*pulsating microwaves*cough). Now couple that with the fact that your feet rarely touch the earth (grounding) and you are rarely exposed to bacteria in dirt.

I think I can owe my relatively good health to the fact I played outside a lot as a kid, I used to actually walk around barefoot a lot, too, my feet developed big-time callouses, so after awhile walking around barefoot was nothing.
