Aha, this is when:

It is from the Barr Confirmation Hearing in 1991. Joe Biden is questioning him on an investigation into BCCI a case he worked on with Robert Mueller. From what I can see, Biden wanted him to indict and he didn't. They pushed Barr out in 1993.— Johnny Yash ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (@JohnnyYashh) May 11, 2019

BCCI being investigated by Barr & Mueller in ‘91 & Biden didn’t want an indictment.

I wonder why....

Was Biden “on the take” or otherwise involved with BCCI ?
