Wow, I’m glad I got my degree before it got so expensive. At least I got a degree in something that would enable me to get a good job.
I don’t think school loans should be offered for worthless degrees where the chance of getting a good paying job is low. Too risky.
If the student loans were backed by the huge endowment funds of the schools, and schools were on the hook, they wouldn’t be giving loans for worthless degrees that could not be paid back.

All my kids went for dual majors. Doctor has 3 Audiology, Speach Patology and Geriatrics MD. Teacher has Teaching Certificate and Translator (speaks 5 languages). My youngest son has Business and Accounting, but will probably take over the Union Construction Company we own just like his dad did.
