News: Johnny DeStefano, one of Trump's longest-serving aides, is leaving the administration Friday. He'll be advising Juul, the e-cigarette company with issues before the FDA, after he exits, among other roles.
I thought Trump did or tried to implement a 5 year restriction on lobbying after people left his administration. Was this just something he wanted to do, but was not able to enact?
