My Doc has ordered some blood work to be done.
They are checking the calcium and magnesium levels and so on.
He is hoping to do something like your vitamin regimen once the tests come back.

Just be sure that they tell you to take Calcium Citrate, my first doctor gave me plain Calcium which made my stomache ill and did nothing. Second doctor one I am still with since the end of 1999 gave me the right one, after 4 or 5 years he learned that Vitamin K was extremely important to break it down so it worked better and faster. It’s a lot of hit or miss as to what will work or won’t. Just be open to testing, it has been a God send to me after many trials and errors. I am sure like me you have gone through the days of I can’t do this anymore, but you do and somehow life goes on, You make another day because people are counting on you to make that next day.
