Those muscle cramps are excruciating!
I should have added that I take Vitiam K 90 mcg (I use Jarrow brand labeled MK-7) It breaks down the calcium citrate, so works big time for you much faster. Without the Vitiam K it was much slower to work and not as effective. It still helps but not as much. It was 4 or 5 years before my doctor figured this one out.
