My daughter just texted me from Dallas. She is livid because there was a man dressed in women’s clothes in the women’s bathroom. I can’t even repeat what she said.
Don’t forget to honor our men and women tomorrow... I am heading to the local American Veterans Legion to give them 2 weather beaten flags for a proper end of life. They have an open house so I will try to stick around for a while and talk to some I know that I am sure will be there. My 84 year old neighbor who passed away 2 years ago introduced me to many of them over the last 30 years.
Armed Forces Day 2019. Armed Forces Day is celebrated on the third Saturday in May. This year it will be celebrated on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Thanks to President Harry S. Truman, it’s a day to pay special tribute to the men and women of the Armed Forces.
