I have pain in my legs at night but as soon as I get up it goes away.

LG, are you on any kind of statin?
Statins can cause leg cramps and doctors prescribe them very liberally.
They gave us leg cramps, so we said no to them.
Like Ms. B I also have RSD. I get the cramps in both legs, arms and hands. What has worked for me to limit the pain and cramps is Calcium Citrate 700 mg with Vitamin D-3. I take 2 daily and it really helps control this issue for me.
