They sent letters to the employers, right? So they know the employers name and address, right? So, instead of sending letters, why didn't they send ICE to round up the workers & arrest the EMPLOYERS for hiring them?
I used to match SSN with names electronically when someone was hired. Sometimes a no match came back, but it was usually a mix up with name or something. Of course, I never worked anywhere that illegals would be likely to apply.
