I was hoping Peabody would answer your question so I'll take a shot at how I saw the find.

They did what Sharyl Attkisson said was a politiacl move that's done often by politicians to legally spy on American's and then turn around and black mail them with the stuff they gather. They claim (FISA court)they need to wiretap a foreigner as in Flynn's case..a Russian. This then captures many other American citizens in their web. They tell the court its for national security but in truth...they had nothing on Flynn even no lies. So they stretched the truth and received the wiretapping in order to build a criminal case against Flynn. It was all engineered to take down Flynn..frame him..and say our President is involved with Russia.

ShaneWolfe ...... Thats the version of the mueller report we already have access to. That was due to them today. Any redacted versions about Flynn are due by end of the month. Probably not released to public, my guess.

Good job. Haven’t a clue unless this was a way the judge has of letting them know he knows what they did and it wasn’t legal. You can’t use rumor in court of law it must be supported by factual information. Prove it or don’t mention it.
