Here's a good example of how California loves to spend money but especially if WE here in the USA are paying for something they want. This bridge in San Francisco started out costing $250 million and I believe it ended up costing 6.5 billion!

Wrong, It will cost double of 6.5 billion. Whatever is constructed is piece of garbage, they may redo everything. Steel and prefabricated blocks came from China and they are no good. Every week bridge gets closed because of falling concrete or Iron rods.
