I hope they come down heavy. I've been upset over a homeless man outside the restaurant we were at yesterday. He didn't approach me but my husband. The next time I'm at Walmart I'm buying local restaurant cards for when this happens again. It really bothers me I wasn't prepared.

I just saw your post. This should be a criminal case. People can die if they can’t afford their drugs.
