I would assume so. Maybe Sam will become Lord of Horn Hill at the end? There doesn't seem to be a need for a Night's Watch anymore.

Bran secretly wants to be King of the Seven Kingdoms. I don’t know if he deserves it. But if he wants it, he’s doing a good job of playing a very long game. He’s the last person you’d expect but with enough magic and destiny around him to nudge everyone else into beating themselves up over it. Then the crown lands in his lap.
_It’d piss every fan off,_ which is why I think there’s a chance it would happen.

That dragon was wounded in the previous episode. Shot in the chest and had its jaw ripped off in this one. Then took a dive in the drink. It shouldn’t get a return engagement. But after bringing Jon back, I suppose anything is possible until the final credits roll.
