I live in western Maryland, have three different Trump hats and wear them everywhere I go. I also sport a black T with George Carlin’s statement: “POLITICAL CORRECTNESS is America’s newest form of INTOLERANCE.” I’ve never been threatened but have had many people tell me they like my hat and shirt.

If by Western MD, you mean Garret County, you are practically living in PA {other than the gun laws and taxes}. The people there are almost all Trumpers, and I'd bet that Garret County voted for Trump in the last election.
