Troy is one of the reasons the show is inferior. Having a walking mood ring on the bridge with the captain only diminishes Picard. Wesley Crusher, a bad Will Robinson knockoff should have gotten the capital punishment due him when he didn’t keep off the grass. THAT would have been the best TNG episode.
