To me, the obvious "P" controlling Soros, and funneling money through him, is Putin.

Russia has never abandoned the old tactics, nor disbanded the GRU.

Putin, as oligarch of oligarchs as well as surviving leader of the KGB, is one of the wealthiest (if not THE wealthiest) men in the world.

The apparent animosity between Soros and the government of Russia could be all for show.
