That is my understanding, and federal judges are implementing it - as part of a Dem DS conspiracy to end the sovereignty of the United States.
It is past time for POTUS to stand against this judicial tyranny and for patriots to call for impeachment hearings against these corrupt judges . . . or we could just surrender our freedoms and heritage to unelected judges.
