Possibly, but we don’t know what their metrics are. My only point is what I have observed over the years. People go to work and don’t work. I have seen it happen where I work. I was taught you work unless you are at lunch or on a scheduled break. I have seen people spend most of their time discussing the television shows they watched the night before, their kid’s band concert, etc. Work ethetics have deteriorated over the years. People want a pay check, but they don’t want to earn it.

I’m of a work ethic where conversations with fellow employees are of a walk by nature. But I’m concerned that Amazon is bringing back robber baron style capitalism, where you feared for your job if you took a bathroom break and lunch.
