Why is there an “International Organization for Migration”? Apparently it has been around since 1951, but it was in 2016 that the UN swallowed it up.

I saw the headline on Drudge about the Pope Funding Caravans.
I don’t know how accurate that claim is, but it would not surprise me. I do find it highly disturbing that the Pontiff would authorize such direct meddling in the immigration affairs of other nations. He seems to want everything that most posters here do not want. I’m waiting for his retirement.

Libya, long a major transit route for migrants desperate to reach Europe, Yeah, mostly since Gaddafi was overthrown and murdered with the ill advised assistance from Obama and Hillary. This mass migration through Libya is one of Hillary's major foreign policy 'accomplishments'.
