This happened at a backyard barbeque. There are very many churches in Baltimore so everything happens "near" a church. Saying it happened "near a church" must be an attempt at headline grabbing. One killed and 6 or 7 shot. Very sad.

The "dumb as bricks" congress critters are mostly unable to say anything cogent if the interviewee asks for clarification about "their" question, much less formulate a follow-up question.
In their first round of 5 minutes, they probably plan to give a speech for 3.5 minutes and leave 1.5 minutes for AG Barr to answer the accusations, innuendos and lack of clarity in the so-called question. Each Congress critter wants something to get their own face on the news in their district, but only needs that one sound bite.
At most Congressional hearings, the "critters" don't even stay to hear the testimony. They just come in a few minutes before their turn and leave soon after. They surely are not there to become more informed, just to posture.
