I’m disgusted with this stupid situation. As am I. The whole situation. Trump says he will have 400 miles of the wall built by the end of next year. 400 miles is just a little over half of the 700 mile goal. I don’t understand why we can’t deploy as many military personnel & equipment as necessary, at numerous locations to get it done ASAP.

I believe it was today it took me 3 hours to catch up..lol Its because most everything needed to be read all the way through. Folks here really have become investigators and if I fail to read a post I tend to ask a question that has already been covered. Or I post information a second time. So I understand how it is to catch up. News is flying be nowadays sissyjane.

In an interview with Syrian television, Hamoud stressed that the investment contract of Tartous port will lead to large investments that contribute to the reconstruction of Syria and achieve very large economic revenues.
Hamoud said that this contract will allow goods to pass through the transit to the countries neighboring Syria to achieve a very large economic benefit, and the expansion and deepening of the port will allow the reception of ships whose cargo load times the current ship load.
As for the revenues to be earned by Syria under this contract, the Minister of Transport said that Syria has taken 25% of the port revenues, and will increase to 35% gradually with the completion of the port.
He pointed out that the annual income of the port is $ 24 million, while in the case of investment by Russia will increase income to 84 million dollars annually.
According to the Minister of Transport that among the terms of the contract to lease the port of Tartous to Russia for 49 years, there is an item emphasizes the need to maintain workers in the port and attract new workers.
